 Students from CulinologyStudents from the Culinology® Department at the Teterboro campus are involved in a project whose aim is to produce food that is high in nutrition and caloric value, as well as good-tasting, for pediatric cancer patients, many of whom have difficulty eating as a result of their chemotherapy treatments.
